You have to take It one day at the Times and do NOT try to look ahead,It will only Stress you..
Take care of yourself,eat good food.try to walk everyday..try to excercice,get your sleep,when you get tired during the day just rest...and take your meds as prescribe get your shots every years...see your Doc as needed ..learn breathing excercice...know your limit...you could do It...

i know what you mean to take it easy but i' the sort of person that have to get things done when they need doing but then i feel so bad after doing it i just have to learn to stop when my body keeps telling me to stop

You have to be firm with your doctor and ask him any questions you may have. I found out a lot after I ended up in hospital and made both my doctor and rt listen to me. I also do a lot of google and the lung websites are awesome. Hope you get the answers you need.
