I posted this under the activity page but I guess it was the wrong place. So here it is again :) oops!
I received a call today from the pulmonary rehab place I went to last year. She said after my last visit to the specialist he has ordered for me to go through again. This is not for the follow up sessions but the full blown monitored sessions. Has anyone else been asked to do this twice? Should I be worried?
I have been through the program twice. About 2 years apart. I learned so much more the second time!
if you have the time, it can't hurt. Unless of course, you are exercising on your own...The most beneficial thing i learned was that b4 you go upstairs take a deep breath and let it out slowly as you climb. I was working out at the time and felt that "those people were worse off then me" No it is 5 years later and i am one of "those people".

I do it 3 days a week its a life saver!
what is the program you talk about?
Have your been exercising regularly since you went through PR the last time? If not, that's one good reason for referring you again. Another reason might be a significant drop in your FEV1 or ability to do things. What did you talk about at your last visit?
