I would say that you can cut and paste to send it on. We all need to know how to keep our body's clean even if we don't have the energy to shower or bathe. I have been taking sponge baths and sometimes I even have to clean my upper body at one time and go back and clean my lower body as I get too tired and out of breath.
Work on whatever you have to do a little at a time...even washing my hair is a real chore sometimes...I am doing that in a deep sink lately since I'm not showering anymore.
Good luck my friend..remember to exhale ALL your carbon dioxide out once in a while....keep that good oxygen coming in.
