If You Have COPD Do You Also Have Pulmonary Hypertension?

I have moderate COPD but am on oxygen 24/7 due to severe SOB. My heart cath showed PAH. Just curious if that goes hand in hand with COPD.

Absolutely. Secondary Pulmonary Hypertension is a relatively common result of untreated COPD. It's the result of not using O2 for exertion. Talk with your doc about an exercise program. That's usually one of the recommendations for PH.
