I used Stiolto for about a month and it certainly did work. I had to give it up because I couldn't get along without the inhaled steroid I get with Advair, so I switched to the Spiriva Respimat, which is just part of what Stiolto contains. As for side effects, read the material that came with it or look it up on-line. I didn't have any.
