Debbie, The BEST thing you can do is follow Dr's orders. Yes, I take all the inhalers and meds that you ask about. Those inhailers don't help by their self. He said you need oxygen. I sleep with oxygen at night and it really helps me. Why go to the Dr. if you don't want to do what he says? Just asking. when I came home I was on oxygen 24 hrs a day Now I am on oxygen at nights. I don't miss a night. Without oxygen you will not live..

I'm on inhalers during the day, C-Pap with Oxygen at night. If I get too congested or breath uneasy, I use my Nebulizer. Since I've been on C-pap and oxygen I don'tseem to have COPD attacks anymore. It's keeping me out of ER. YEAH!!!!!
