There telling you to many things This may help you the most; Humidifiers can through you into Pneumonia you should use a purifier instead, it help to cut down on dust & other things that could be in the air. Now if you panic when you can't breathe try this: Keep you some seawater in the fridge, & try that or Ihave stuck my head in the freezer, also have you tried a wet cold cloth just wipe your face & around you neck. Hope this helps & yes I doing okay.

Not sure about windows or fans. The machine uses the room air and turns it in to oxygen. I have the cannula (little thingies that go in your nose), and it's not bad at all. The only problem I have is possible whiplash (lol!) when I try to get up and forget to take the nose thingie off. :-)

Check with your doctor or test tech. Stimulants can be certain types of medication along with over the counter and sodas coffee and the like. They should have been a little more explanatory.

If you are having trouble sleeping, you might need oxygen at night. I was having trouble sleeping. They did an over night pulse ox study on me, and found out i was not getting enough oxygen at night. Now I have my handy little oxygen machine (who I named Bob! ) right next to the bed, and I sleep better than I have in years.
