Does Anyone Have A Deviated Septum.
A MyCOPDTeam Member asked a question 💭

I am on O2 and find it very annoying and discouraging to only be able to breathe thru one nostril. I walk on a treadmill with O2 and put on a breathe rite strip this helps to open up my nose, but I can't walk around all the time with a strip on my nose. Anyone else with this problem?

Thanks Linda I will look for those. I find that if I use the strips a lot my skin gets very sore from the adhesive.

If it helps you to breathe l think they have clear ones that would not be as noticeable. People really don't look at you.
