I tried making myself a "tea" drink last night that would include the ingredients of apple cider vinegar, coconut oil, honey, red cayenne pepper, cinnamon, lemon, maybe some chia seeds. It needs some work and I'm looking for suggestions. Here's what I have so far: 1 tbs ACV; 1tsp coconut oil;dash cayenne pepper;dash of cinnamon; 1tsp to 1 tbs lemon juice (to your taste preferences); 1 tbs honey; 1 1/2 - 2 cups hot water

Thank you @ Bettina. Yes, I think I've already gotten past the hurry-ups though because I've been adding a tsp full of coconut oil to my coffee for a couple weeks now. I wanted to get the ACV back into my diet again because I already have proven for me, it does work wonders. I have a twin brother and we both have problems with UTI's and kidney stones. ACV can or may help with the severity of that problem.

I love the idea of making my own tea . I also drink Bragg's ACV morning and before bed . I love green tea with natural honey and lemon and a little ginger .
