Hi all - I've checked into this. Spoke with one company that recommended a Champion small generator. dreeves23 said not a cheap option ($800) but may be able to find one on Craigslist. This particular one has enough oomph to start the oxygen concentrator. Understand please I have no idea what I am talking about but only echoing what I was told from the vendor. Also, if you are a woman with COPD, and this applies to me, I will be getting one with a remote and an electric start. I don't have the strength or stamina to pull the start cord. I do understand the cost if up there, but for my peace of mind, I am willing to forgo a few things to get it. Recently endured power outage for 7 hours with only two c tanks in my inventory. Now have 2 e tanks as back-up. I will be relocating soon so am waiting until the move is over to purchase. These small generators are the size of a small rolling upright suitcase and weigh about 30 lbs (which I can lift.) Hope this helps.

I don't have a setup of my own, but I think a portable generator would be your best option to ensure the electrical power is strong enough to power your concentrator. I know it's not a very cheap option, but my fear with a solar power setup is that it will not generate a strong enough current to power/recharge a concentrator. Plus, you could use the generator as a backup for if the power ever goes out in your area. With that being said, I don't have experience with solar power so I could be wrong.
