What Is Your Fev1?
A MyCOPDTeam Member asked a question πŸ’

My fev1 is 60. That makes me moderate copd. I still work cleaning a office. That gives me plenty of exercise. Wondering how active you all are.

We can encourage each other and, remember, if you can not reach your goal then you just keep trying . It is OK not to do it , there is no race . It is just keep trying and set realistic goals and do it slowly over time . You Can and you WILL do it .. Every little bit helps us and something is better than nothing at all .
