What Would You Say Is The Best Position To Sleep In
A MyCOPDTeam Member asked a question 💭

hi guys "n" gals
i have several heath issues which determine my sleep patterns, but what would you say is the best position to sleep in to awake somewhat refreshed in the morning. with sufficient air in the lungs to take your first unsteady step into the day.
answers on a postcard lol
cheers
guys

Recliner. Mine vibrates, which now actually helps with moving things around in my lungs. My recliner also has heat (should one need it for the winter months. I also have an air purifier in my room. The back end puts out fresh clean air that I position to go 'right up my nose' every night. Now.., having said all of that, some nights I am pretty close to flat on my back, other nights I am reclining. It all depends upon the breathing situation of the day/night.

I do not know where you are located but...I got my recliner at Big Lots in the US. I think that it was called a 'TailGater' Pretty cool chair. I did get it mostly for the vibration.

Have you raised the head of your bed up so you sleep at a slant
And sleep on your left side
Works good for me
Slow and steady we go
Prayers go out for us all
Never alone
