I was diagnosed with Cervical cancer and given Medicaid for six months. Two conilizations and a hysterectomy later, I was found to have lymphoma in my stomach. Check with local state social services. They'll help you figure out what you're eligible for. You can't be denied health insurance because of pre-existing conditions; it's illegal. I'd also suggest you find an attorney and talk about your legal options.
I would try again for my disability, make sure you get a lawyer that will stick with you, it took me a little while but I got it, just keep trying, and I pray things get better for you God bless and don't give up

I just told ss that I did not have a dr as mine did not want to get involved. A state dr examined for free and I got mine right away. Of course had to wait the six months to get the lump sum check.
