Please Please!! does anyone have any suggestions over this - I am sleeping way too much - if I want to wake up in the am I have to have 2alarms and someone to ring my phone until I answer because I will sleep right through the alarms. Last night I fell asleep at 9pm and I did not wake until after 1pm/. I cant live my life like this, I even take adderal which is like a speed, I can take it and still fall fast asleep on it. Sometimes people go through periods of depression and tend to sleep a lot. Often times people don't even realize they might be depressed. Also could be so many other things.... thyroid, low iron, etc. I would encourage you to report this to your doctor. Good luck and be sure to let us know what you find and how you are doing... we are here for you.

Just read what your doctor has said and it could well be that your b12 is not right This is called pernicious anemia and this is that your blood cells instead of been the size of peas they swell to be more like footballs and you would need a 3 monthly injection to reduce your cells back to normalSo make sure you get a blood test done for your B12's Hope this helps Let me know the outcome xx

I have gone through a period of depression as well as copd my iron leveld were low and my thyroid was to underactive On iron now and my throid has been sorted out I hope Still feel really tired and exhausted but hope I get there So please go and get checked out As it might not only be your copd Good Luck xxxx
