@A MyCOPDTeam Member, scan through the Q&A on this forum and Google exercises for COPD. It's not hard at all to put together your own program if a more formal pulmonary rehab isn't available to you.

You can't reverse the disease with anything, including exercise. However, exercise will help you make the lung function you do have much more efficient. You can also raise your level of physical fitness and both those things make breathing a whole lot easier. So exercise is critical to being able to live a good life with COPD. Talk with your doc before starting a program and then get moving!!!
