Well said @A MyCOPDTeam Member I also suffer with edema, that I am sure comes from poor circulation. I have CHF which contributes or caused my COPD which makes my OE worse, and is all very hard to deal with and I live with mood swings so yes, it is Bipolar disorder. Did I mention the ABI (acquired brain injury) haha. what a vegetable soup of acronyms and I find myself sometimes wondering what came first, the chicken or the egg!! Guess it does not really matter and all would improve if I get my A S S moving with a reg exercise routine. Laughter is indeed the best medicine!!

I am on Prednisone at the moment it is a steroid I am taking 6 tablets a day I had a bad turn last Friday evening also had a panic attack which made it worse. I need oxygen but can't do the test because I am short of breath so it's a cache 22 at the moment I am resting at home I can't stand hospital hope all is having a good day Dorothy hartlepool UK

Thats another thing were on steroids we cant exercise because of our medical conditions so they give us more steroids i give up lol

Every time i have been on on them i have put on 7 pounds going from a 34" waist to 38" but the last time i lost what i had put on and am now back to a 36" waist
