I’m going to ask my doctor first however it doesn’t really look like it could hurt you. I checked on Amazon and they are not at all expensive. $14. $15. and that includes the Himalayan salt. The salt is supposed to be like very good for you. I’ve used Himalayan salt on my food for a very long time. I also have a Himalayan salt lamp. It’s pretty. I just never knew until your question came up that they were supposed to help with lung health so I really can’t answer whether It helps or not. They can be easily found on Amazon. I’m sure you’ll get information there.
