sandy,i have been on oxygen for 15 years ! wear it all the time.i felt a little like people were looking at me..my first day out.i knew I had to put it on stand up and go shopping ,or hide in the house..made up my mind to go out ,be myself,do what I wanted.,you worry about YOU if they want to look let them,to bad they don't have something better to do

No idea and really don't want to know, sometimes ignorance is bliss ! x

Mine stays around 53% use oxygen at night, (have for 5 years) and PRN oxygen during the day. Depends or the weather, excessive hot or cold or humid affects my breathing

Sandy it is normal for people to feel kind of embarrassed at first.....but in reality people are too busy to care these days.....Once you get out even if a short walk up the street wearing it and interact with people, you will get more relaxed..

I have only been on it a few months for activity and love it...It makes it so much easier to do things...Mind you the SOB still continues but you get to do a lot more with the help of oxygen.....

Good news is did not grow but have to go every yr for scan make sure nothing going on plus no o2 yet running low 90% o2 no breathing test just walking for 5 min on flat floor next time breathing test thanks for asking
