I have a small box that holds my exercise equipment. It contains a folding bike pedals which can also be placed on the table for arm exercises. I also have 2 5 hand weights, a set of elastic bands and a regular ball. You would not believe how much of a work out you can get. I wish you luck,
Yu can actually do a good exercise program at home with no equipment. You can walk in place using one of millions of walking videos available or walk the halls if you live in an apartment or go the mall or e local Walmart or the grocery story to walk.. Get a swiss ball and google to find hundreds of exercises. Get a resistance band for strengthening exercises. The most important part of to move! If you march in place, be sure you get your knees up high....that makes the exercise harder, but you get a much better workout.
Great advice from janetdulaneyprice
I recently purchased a simply fit board. It looks like a very small surf board that you stand on kind of straddled to balance yourself and just twist. It's small that it can go under a piece of furniture. Every time I have 5 extra minutes I pull it out and excercize. I do that several times a day. It has tightened up my leg, butt and stomach muscles and it is starting to tone me, I have lost a few inches from my belly fat so far.You can see what it is and how it works and the price at www.simplyfitboard.com. Just my suggestion
I have just bought in the last few months a miniature treadmill and It's perfect, plus I do a peddler for upper body, check on Amazon and see what they have!! God Bless you!!
