if you have a question it is NOT minor ask it. try to gargle with warm salt water that loosens mucus. warm lemon water, esp first thing in am and UNFILTERED honey in coffee or tea

You know, I have the same problem. You try to clear it, but can't get the mucus to move as easily as I used to. My thoughts are that our exhale ability is reduced....and it is hard if not impossible at times to do it.

@A MyCOPDTeam Member,Definetely bring it up to your dr. Are you seeing a pulminary for this? A pulminary deals with this all the time and will understand exactly what your talking about because (at least with me it happens when mucus is stuck between my throat and nose) that comes with COPD
