I work outside in my yard until the weather forbids it. I had an exasperation in Feb of this year and still haven't fully recovered from the Pneumonia that I also had. I found a recipe to increase my breathing capability last week online so far it seems to be working.
The recipe is, pour 1 liter of water into a pan and to on the stove until it starts to boil. After it boils reduce heat to a simmer and add (1) 14oz. onion chopped coarsely, 2 tablespoons of grated turmeric and 2 tablespoons of ground ginger. Continue to simmer until the liquid is reduced by half. Take the pot off the stove and let it cool. Strain the mixture in a fine colander. When it is cool add 4 tablespoons of Honey and stir. The mixture should start to thicken. Refrigerate and take 2 tablespoons in the morning and 2 at night. You should feel a difference in your breathing in 2-3 days, I know I did
