My bet is on the COPD. Just give it time and the itch will appear on many parts of your body. I have a good cream I put on, but that itch goes away and it appears in another place another day. I'm… read more

Helpful Vitamins/Supplements
A MyCOPDTeam Member asked a question 💭

Hello all! Was wondering if any of you take daily vitamins and/or supplements that possibly help at all with breathing easier and just with symptoms in general? If so- how MUCH do you take daily? It’s very hard to find information on dosage and what actually helps online. So far I keep seeing things about:

d3, k2, b12, a, e, c, zinc, magnesium, NAC, coq10, fish oil, rso oil, and apple cider vinegar.

Also apparently sipping on osha root and/or ginger tea throughout the day as it can help thin… read more

Who Do Y’all Get Your B12 Injections From?
A MyCOPDTeam Member asked a question 💭

I have seen many of you mention B12 shots for fatigue.
Which doctor or place are you getting them from?
I have to ask for everything from my doctors, they never recommend anything.
And I have turned into a vampire, avoiding the sun when ever possible.
I don’t sleep well at night either, which doesn’t help.
Maybe I could use an injection of B12 sunshine?!

Are You Taking Vitamin D (and Other Vitamins) For COPD?
A MyCOPDTeam Member asked a question 💭

I have been reading about the importance of vitamin D in particular and vitamin C. My husband, who has a different pulmonary doctor than I do was prescribed a high dose of vitamin D and it comes as a prescription. My doctor has not prescribed it for me. I will talk to my doctor about it next time I go, but I wondered if any or all of you guys were also taking vitamin D as it is supposed to be good for lung function and excaberation prevention. If you are taking it......how much?

A MyCOPDTeam Member asked a question 💭

Does anyone use inspiolto respimat. I use it once in the morning(2puffs), also use atrovent and flovent. What kind of results do you have with the inspiolto. It used to work really good but not now

A MyCOPDTeam Member

The only thing in a respimat form that comes close is Stiolto respimat. That's both LAMA and LABA combined in a respimat inhaler from Boehringer Ingelheim. Some people have had good luck with it… read more
