I think it's from the Spiriva.
However, the fear is that I have something even worst than COPD.
I worked in smokey bars for years and was a long time a smoker as well.

Boy, you are a lucky fella, im running a good second place, a few years. Back, after getting out of veterans hospitals, for 7 years dealing with ptsd, i found a little house and was happy, but somethingmissing, i found a lady, .that was willing to be friends, nothing else,, we have ben friends now for over ten years,, and the copd, has taken control of my life,,,im in a wheel chair, due to the short breath, not being able to do for my self.. she has turned out to be better than my 2 x wives,,,,she takes care of all my needs, never complains, always there ... we both have been very independant, she fell into hard times, i offered her help, she accepted my hand out, the blessings God gave me, after being in veterans hospitals in 4 different states with PTSD ..GOD BLESSED ME THOSE YEARS I SPENT IN HOSPITALS, NOW, IM BLESSED A WITH A STRANGER, BUT A WONDERFUL FRIEND,,,, IM VERY THANKFUL FOR MY LAST YEARS, TO HAVE A CARING PERSON TO HELP ME.....GOD BLESS ALL OF YOU WITH COPD, ITS A VERY SLOW DISABILITY, BUT YOU CAN MAKE A GOOD LIFE,, DONT GET DISCOURAGED, AND WORRY OVER THIS SICKNESS...WE ALL WILL DIE, SOME WITH VERY PAINFUL TIMES. OTHERS QUICK, THEN THERE IS COPD,,,OVER 17 YEARS, HAVE DELT WITH MANY CHANGES IN MY BODY....IM STILL ALIVE, TO ENJOY MY GRAND BABIES

I may be wrong but if you are getting MRI's of lungs, I would think that a tumor would show up.
