@A MyCOPDTeam Member Oh that is shameful of your ex. You know he only said that to hurt you, after all those years of eating what you made out of love for him.. He knew this would hurt you the most. Shame on him. You are better off without him. Forget him and the dumb stuff he said. Hey I don't cook much either but when I do I make sure it is a simple recipe and ONLY if I feel like it. I tend to stick to simple foods as I also have IBS so stick to foods like roast dinners, shepherds pie, steak & trimmings jacket potatoes and lots of sweet potatoes. So i guess leak & potatoe soup then steak wedges, chips or new pots, with a steak tomato, fried mushrooms, onion and peas or corn cob. Then victoria sandwich, cheesecake or fruit pie with cream ice cream or custard. Yummy
