Moving your arms takes a good deal of energy and uses lots of O2. That's one of the reasons we recommend doing some major weight/strengthening exercises for upper, lower and core muscle groups. The stronger you can become, the less O23 you will use, and the less SOB you'll become. And the easier it will be to fold laundry!

It uses oxygen. There is a site I found called GrowingYoung. Free exercise. It's good for you!

Laundry has always been my favorite chore, but I really have trouble doing it now. All the bending and lifting just takes my breath away. Folding and putting them away all of those are a real struggle for me.
