i find if i get stressed or i exert myself a bit to much i have these attacks were i cant catch my breath and i have to use my Ventolin inhaler to stop it but i am breathing such short breaths that i have to keep trying to use it as i cant keep it in i am breathing so fast does any one else have these and is there anything i can do to help them

I seem to be terribly short of breath when I use the pulse dose on my portable oxygen tank. If I put it on continuous flow, I don't have this problem. Has anyone else had this experience? Any comments or advice?
My portable oxygen is pulse only. You must breath in to get the oxygen. Mine does not have continuous flow .

Would you please tell me the difference between inhaling with nose vs mouth? Also when using the pursed method, do I force exhilaration fast or just natural? Again, thank you oh and I enjoyed your video. Renee

I know you’re supposed to breath Thru nose then out with pursed lips but I get so out of breath end up gasping g for air Thru mouth. Can’t seem to stay calm and do it properly. Anyone know how to do it.

When I first got diagnosed with stage 2 copd I felt like my life was over, I was in denial for a few months and i started to get really depressed because I didn't have anyone to talk to about what I was going through so I went to my doctor and ask what to do and she put me on depression medication, I've been on 100mg Zoloft since last Nov and its helped some....
