The brand name of the nasal spray I use is "flo NOZOIL". It contains Pharmaceutical Grade Sesame Oil and hydroxybenzoates. It states that it is soothing, natural and moisturising.
NOTE:- In my previous note I mistakenly said it was Canola Oil, when in fact it is Sesame Oil.
I have found this spray has virtually stopped blood noses, even though I have only been using it for a few days.

As oxygen dries everything out, rubbish in the nose can dry out during the night, and blowing too hard to remove it can cause nose bleeds. To counter that, I use a nasal spray consisting mainly of Canola oil when I go to bed. No more problems.

I use saline solution a few times a week for my nose. It is usually of an even to just clean it out before going to bed. By misting some in and then blowing it out, it seems to remove any of the particles of the day for me and helps.

I was getting a bloody nose until I got a humidier bottle for my oxygen tank. In my state, a doctor's prescription was needed for the bottle, before my oxygen supplier would give me one. Guess they have to have it for their records.
