Seem like I'm always cleaning my mouth piece to allow more air flow though the mouthpiece if it is taking a long time say ten minutes or twenty you might want to use a straight pin and clean the air way out of it has a tiny hole in the center and other little holes around the the main airway. Also I was out my mouth pc at least one time a week as it builds up a deposit in the holes plus just to be on the safe side I sanitized mine with hot water especially if your experiencing any sign of infection or cold.

the nebulizer helps me a lot.I use it 2 times a day but if I'm real bad 4 times a day.I am also on Advair 2 times a day. also on oxygen 24-7 and prednisone

my nebulizer meds, say use every4 hours or as needed, I get restless and want to end the session early but I always remember how sick I was and how this really helped me, When I get so bad, I wish my nebulizing treatments where longer, it has always helped looses the mucus so I can breath

My dr said not to use the men unless I'll having symptoms of an onset exasperation. Using to often makes them less likely to help when you need them although I'd like to use it after cleaning. I've divided up my cleaning to one day dust, one day bathroom etc. seems to help instead of trying to do everything at once. I hate this disease by being self inflicted can't complain to anyone but me. Breathe easy my friends. Try to stay positive 💕
