Hi i can't walk very far i have a eletric wheel chair and i can out and about know i had oxgyen for 20 years and have just took me off it as they said my oxgyen levels are good i can't to the things that I could do before it takes me all day to do things and my throat gets coarse quite often xx

if i have to pause for breath people think ive finished whatever i was trying to say when i havent, then get wrong end of stick, its very annoying and can get upsetting too if it causes an argument which it has done at times.

All the time. But I have been on oxygen for a long time. Have had trouble on the computer today and other days that I would have to get off and lay down to get my breathing under control. Have a great breathing day.

Yes. A lot of "our" problems come from anxiety and social contact can breed that anxiety. I have the same problem but it goes away after a few minutes.
