I too would follow Jean`s wise advice as others as well suggest ! With the help of the medical experts looking at the underlying causes is a great place to start in hopes in time there is less need for such medications. We are here and we all are part of your team, when you have a trying moment remember we are here for you !
All any of us (unless there's a practicing pharmacist on the board) can tell you is that you are on a lot of medications. Before you see your doc, I suggest you take your list of prescribed meds and everything OTC that you take and see your pharmacist.. Make sure that none of what you're currently taking is interfering with something else on the list. If you want something for sleep, ask her what might work with your prescription cocktail, so you have something to suggest to your doc.
What I posted here yesterday is only about half of the list, but I won't post the rest here, because I've received the advice I needed. Yes everyone, I'll do what @A MyCOPDTeam Member suggested. Many thanks everyone.
ANNZ, I also am on a lot of medicine, and for the moment anyway, appear to be mostly stable. I strongly recommend you do just as Jean advised. Doing it any other way is foolhardy. Kind Regards, judg69
