The pain in your legs isn't from COPD. As for staging, you really need to ask your doc. Staging takes into account your FEV1, the number of exacerbations you've had, your activity level and a variety of other things. The whole staging thing isn't designed for patients. It's really designed for non-pulmonary docs who don't know very much about COPD to give them a guide as to what meds are appropriate for which patients.

Yes I use potassium and magnesium it works great and leg cramp leg pills at Wall Mart I take 4 of them
