I read a lot about Hymalian Salt Lamps "cleansing the air" but am not sure if that is true or not? I do have one on my night stand that my daughter gave me and I use it as a night light and find it very relaxing so I guess you could say that is an anxiety reduction :)

Thank you all - I am searching for answers - like everyone else - a calming effect and a "between the ears" asset that adds any soothing is good - I will locate some for my peace of mind if nothing else -

I use them the same way Madonna, see no other purpose for them otherwise.+

@A MyCOPDTeam Member, hello. I have 2 of the salt lamps in my home, other than a nice glow and good night lights, I really can’t see what else they do.
Maybe they are helping and I just don’t know it. Not getting rid of them, like how they look.
