A number of heart issues can require supplementary O2, some cancers, and truckloads of other lung diseases, most of which would make you eternally grateful that you only have COPD! Try sarcoidosis, pulmonary fibrosis, idiopathic fibrosis, LAM, cystic fibrosis and a bunch of others. Google Lung diseases and you'll find a lot of things you really don't want!
