Hello @A MyCOPDTeam Member! In the middle of last year’s flu, which turned into pneumonia, I could not breathe & thought I was dying. Eucalyptus Oil from my cold air diffuser & steam from the shower as often as needed turned it around, along with an antibiotic Rx’d on Day 8. A little goes a long way. Of course, test 1-2 drops first (placed on a Kleenex or rubbed into palms of hands, cup them to your face & inhale-do not rub your eyes!). If that works well, you’re likely ok to place a drop onto the bottom of the nostrils, or soles of the feet if you’re not as desperate as I was last Christmas. Robert Tisserand is a world expert (best re: safety features) & there are tons of studies on pubmed. Ive been using it since when my inhaler isn’t doing the job. Good luck & God bless!
I use vicks on the bottom of my feet I used to do that to my children when they were little be cause you could not use it on their chest my mom was old school a a lot of old time remedies and guess what it works.
