Depends on whether the crap is clear or yellow-green. Yellow-green usually indicates an infection; clear is usually fine. You probably need to talk with your doc about sinus issues and how they interface with the COPD. Symbicort probably has nothing to do with what's going on with your nose.

Might have allergys, need to tell you doctor to give you something for it.
