A doctor in the emergency department told me my c.o.p.d is progressing i am having a hard time to breath i have no doctor i feel tired due to lack of air whats the best solution i am a 54 yrs old

You may qualify for disability. And if they give you SSI. Medicaid pays for everything. I was diagnosed in 2006. And filed for disability in 2009. And they gave it to me within 6 months. Without a hearing. All is not lost. Be your own advocate. And explore all. Choices.

that's fine if you meet their financial requirements. If not your screwed with no Doctor. You need the doctors prescription to get anything from a patient help program through the manufactures that may give you the meds for free or a very low charge on some.
