Mouth piece. Unless you have real problems breathing through your mouth, a mouthpiece is much more efficient than a mask and you will get a lot more into your lungs.

Maybe u need another kind of meds for iy.check with your dr.

When I used the nebulizer it seemed to push my heart rate up too high, and I stopped using it. Does that make sense? (I have no idea what I'm doing).
