Digesting food takes a lot of energy and if your system is spending all it's energy doing that, you may be getting cold. Eating six small meals is a solution for many people.
I'm not sure, but eating and digesting food takes a lot of energy, I wonder if the energy it takes depletes your overall energy that would otherwise be used in keeping you warm. Just a thought ☺
I do
thanks
Margaret, I am similar in that I do not like to take sleeping pills either. What I have found is a couple of diphenhydramine 25 mg allergy relief tablets an hour or two right before bed helps immeasurably in getting me into the drowsy, ready to sleep mode. You might want to try this also. Best Wishes, judg69.
