My husband's doctor just told him to use a saline spray. Oxygen dries up the nasal membrane. He also uses a Perfecto 2 with a humidifier attachment for moisture and oxygen mix.

My doctor gave me a nasal spray, which surprised me as I wasn't having any difficulty with my nose, it seemed pretty clear to me, but he smiled and said, "that's what you think, it's amazing how much rubbish is in there bunging up your sinuses" so I used it and it's amazing how much I cleared, therefore helping the breathing too.
