Depends on what kind of aches he's having: achy like the flu or muscle aches because he did too much or something else...... If you can't identify them and he feels pretty rough as well, I'd get to a doc and have him checked out. It's not too late for the flu and achy all over is one of the first signs. If it's aching like he did too much, is there any reason he should feel that way? Did he do anything in the last day or two that would/could have resulted in feeling muscle achy? If so, wait it out; if not, I'd still go to the doc.
