There is some very good info on the Lift App. A number of my friends use it regularly. Several other people and I actually reviewed the app before it was released and gave them a lot of ideas about what they could change, add, take off, do better, etc. To give them credit, they took a lot of our ideas and put them into action, so they really do pay attention to patients.
