Changed my diet, start increasing exercise, drink lots of water, but have those days that are just so tired.

I still get thrush, or yeast infections in my mouth, no matter how well you rinse your mouth out, it can still happen, this last time they gave me a liquid form, you swish in your mouth nd swallow, its the fastest working med I've used yet

most of us have a little meter you put on your finger that tell you what your o2 level is, and heart rate, everyone goal is to stay 90 or above with,or without oxygen, if you go below 90% it isn't a good day and you may have to change something your doing to get back to over 90% I hope this helps

Continue to work on exercise, eating healthy and doing things with others. Some days may be better than others, but you can make a difference if you just keep going.
