hows actualy does this work ,i would think the power would just cause more of a blockage in the tubes
Anoro has two meds, a L:AMA and a LABA. The powder attaches to receptors in the lungs to help them become able to attach more O2 and process is (the LABA) and the LAMA receptors help smooth the muscle reaction in the bronchials to let more air in and out. The powder is just the delivery method and has no effect at all. It dissolves when it hits.

Keith, I use Anoro every morning. It is a bronchodilator. You would think that a powder would at the very least make you cough, as in aspiration. However, I have yet to do so. I can't say that I breathe easier - I just take it because my Pulmonologist prescribed it.
