ginger root on top of the medication you regularly take can make you feel better. I have gerd really bad and I have gotten allot of relief from taking the ginger root supplement.

Fibrosis And COPD

I have developed fibrosis as a result of so many infections and flair ups. I no this is diffrent then COPD, it goes along with other lung diseases. Has anybody else developed this.? Where do i go to meet people with this?

I would have the sea and beaches I have the opportunity to travel in the next year. What would be some suggestions for places to travel with COPD I have moderate copd and am on oxygen at night.
I live in Canada and would be flying out of Calgary.
Would love to hear of any semi-tropical or sea side places I could visit.

Get a portable O2 machine that has a battery with a long life mine has 10 hours and i've travelled with it No problems

I've read up and in my state my insurance will pay for only 1 device portable or in home and I have to sign a 5 year contract with them that's all fine and dandy but I want portable I don't need one in home just while out and about at times.....
