My equipment supplier for oxygen gave me a plastic swivel connector to use when connecting my 50ft.tubing to my cannula. Works like a charm, no kinks since adding this little device.

that picture above is an extender to join two or more tubes together. this just happened to me my flow was faint. I asked my tech. he said I had a kink in the hose I looked for one but could not find one. what he meant was some fluid from the canula in my nose, from sneezing etc had gotten down in the hose which clogged it, and made it weaker on the oxygen flow. he said kinked but I figured it out. I changed my hose into a new one which he sent me, and walla!!! strong flow again. it took me so long to figure it out I am glad he helped me. breathing better now..

Works so so.

You can only have 2 25ft tubing and 1 7 ft nasal cannula.

Oxygen flow is poor to none with added tubing.

There should be an unkinker or detangler pivot-like device that can help.

Have you tried something like the oxygen tube detangler Iā€™m seeing in the attached picture, @A MyCOPDTeam Member?
