Steroids (prednisone) elevate your glucose levels (diabeties). Speak to your Dr. about this that could be one cause. Also Prednisone causes edema (swelling of your legs, ankles and so on)

If you take too many puffs of your inhaler, that can be the cause.

Some of the bronchodilators like albuterol can make you shaky. Check with your doc to see if there is something else you could try.

Sometimes, The nebulizer gives me the shakes. I think it's when my blood oxygen is low and the nebulizer helps. It feels like hyperventilating.
