How do u know if something is better for u than another

Unfortunately, you often have to try things to find out how they work for you. We're learning more and more than this disease is very individualized and how someone else does on a med has nothing to do with how you might do on the same one. Atrovent is a Short-Acting Muscarinic Agent, and there are Long Acting ones you might try to see if they work better, such as Spiriva, Tudorza, Seebreez or Incruze. If nothing else, you'll be taking it once or twice a day instead of four. There's lots to learn about meds and the more you know the better off you are.

I think you need to ask your doctor or even the pharmacist would know and answer you well on this.

yes thanks jean,that is very true,i could tolerate simbicort a few years ago and all of a sudden got a bad reaction and now most inhaled steroids give me a bad reaction.
