hi I take my Seebri once a day ,I have been taking it approx 5.30 pm each day
Is this the correct time to take this please?

Whatever time works for you is the correct time to take it. Sometimes people find that if they take their 24 hour meds in the morning, they don't quite last throughout the day, so they take them in the evening. There's no rule about this; it's just what works for you.

I am on Seebri and I take it first thing in the morning when I get up no special time but along with my other meds Hope this helps

Not sure I think it’s ok you must take it the same time every day
