If you're talking about Trilogy, the non-invasive ventilator, increased blood pressure is not a side effect. If you're talking about Trelegy, the inhaler, one of the ingredients does have a side effect of increasing blood pressure. One of the other ingredients lowers the blood pressure as a side effect. I would monitor how high the blood pressure increase is on average and if you're concerned, call the doc. You might check first with your PCP to see if the higher blood pressure is cause for concern, and then perhaps your PCP and your pulmo ought to talk.
I have been using trelegy for 3 months or so my blood pressure has actually gone down
