I’ve got COPD & Diabetes T2, I’ve decided to use a face mask as I don’t want to get any infection & don’t want to pass anything onto anyone else, or at least help to control things. Hope people will stay well & safe during this crisis. Thoughts & hugs all round. Paul

Check your O2 sats with your oximeter and if your sats are low, then turn the O2 up. I've found that a bandanna tied loosely works better than a mask that's fitted close to your face. After all, the point of the mask is so that you won't give anything you're carrying to someone else; it's not to protect you. Other people wear masks to protect you from whatever they're carrying. I don't know about a study regarding masks, though I suspect there are some.

The point of the mask is to protect others from whatever YOU might be carrying, not you. They're letting people out of prison because lots of people in a confined space makes contagion much more likely; prisons aren't a lot different from meat packing plants in that regard.

i think it just depends on who you want to listen to. as someone else ask, if mask work why are they letting people out of prison

there is so much controversy over wearing the mask i guess you just decide who you want to believe and go with that
